Adult Release Forms are required by any adult that is not a chapter member, whether they ride as a passenger or rider. Minor Release Forms and Risk Acceptance Forms are required by every child at every ride. |
| Road Captains should have forms available at all rides, but you may also download forms and bring them with you to each ride. Just turn them in to the Lead Road Captain at the Safety Briefing. |
